So this is me and my "hubby". It was a good belly laugh day! I can't remember why I was laughing, but if feels good...right?


Laughter actually has been shown to reduce markers of inflammation, increases blood flow to our hearts and brains, and can help with depression and anxiety.



Fall is here and with it comes shorter days, colder weather, and for many of us a long winter ahead

So write the prescription for taking time to laugh daily.

Watch a funny movie or a good comedian. Giggle with your kids or laugh at your pet. Make funny faces at your spouse or in the mirror.

Life is too short not to take some time to be happy and laughter is a good way to put your grumpy mood aside!!!
